Reddit monitoring for teams

Reddit is deciding who your customers choose. Are you in the conversation?

RedPulse watches every Reddit post and comment for your brand, your competitors, and your category. It reads each one for sentiment, buying intent, and who got named, then alerts your team in Slack, Discord, or email when it matters.

  • Posts and comments across all of Reddit
  • Every mention analyzed on arrival
  • Alerts in Slack, Discord, email
  • No Reddit account needed
Sound familiar?

What it costs when nobody's watching Reddit.

  1. 01

You found the thread three days late.

A complaint about you became the top comment, got screenshotted, and now ranks on Google for your brand name. Nobody tagged you. You'd have had a chance if you'd seen it in the first hour.

  2. 02

A "best X for Y" thread just recommended your competitor.

Buyers shortlist on Reddit now, and those threads outrank your own pages, including in the answers AI assistants give. You weren't in it, and neither was your side of the story.

  3. 03

Your keyword alerts have 400 unread.

Links and titles, no context. Fifty a day becomes a folder you stop opening. The one that mattered was in there.

  4. 04

Someone asked for exactly what you sell, and nobody answered.

"Looking for a tool that does X, any recommendations?" That's a buyer, raising a hand, in public. The thread goes quiet in a day.

  5. 05

Your boss asks "what's Reddit saying about us?"

You have screenshots and a gut feeling. They wanted a number, a trend, and what to do about it.

Every one of these is a mention you could have caught, read, and acted on. That's the whole product.

Reddit doesn't wait for you to sign up

Monitoring starts the moment you add a keyword, not before.

RedPulse collects conversations as they happen. It doesn't reach back in time, so the thread posted this afternoon is in your reports only if you're watching this afternoon. Every day without monitoring is a day of conversation you'll never be able to count, compare, or report on.

Most teams see their first mentions within minutes of the next post that names them.

How it works

Set up in five minutes. Then it reads Reddit for you.

  1. 1

Add your brand and a competitor.

It takes two minutes. Mark each as yours or a rival's so reports know the difference.

  2. 2

    Every mention arrives already read.

Sentiment toward you, why they posted, what it's about, who else got named, and a one-line summary.

  3. 3

Get the few that matter where you work.

Slack, Discord, email, or your own webhook, instantly or as a digest.

A keyword alert is not the same as knowing.

Plain keyword tools hand you a link and a title and leave the reading to you.

Elsewhere

A link, a subreddit, a timestamp.

What teams use RedPulse for

Five jobs. One tool that reads every mention.

01Protect your reputation

The fire starts in a reply three levels deep.

Catch the problem before it becomes the top post.

  • Alert on negative sentiment toward you specifically, not the thread's overall mood.
  • Filter to "Something is broken" and "Complaining" intents to separate real problems from venting.
  • Volume threshold alerts fire when mentions spike past normal. You'll know the day something goes wrong, not the day after.
  • The Voices report tells you whether a spike is real or one account posting nine times.
  • The Reputation report shows where negativity comes from and whether it's getting worse.

02Win the comparison threads

When people are choosing, the thread is the sales call.

See who wins when buyers compare, and why.

  • Mark each keyword as Brand, Competitor, or General, so a rival's bad week is never filed as yours.
  • Entity-level sentiment: in a thread naming four vendors, see how each one fared, separately.
  • The Share of Voice report shows whether you're gaining or losing ground against named rivals.
  • The Consideration report shows who comes up when people are comparing, asking for advice, or ready to buy, and who's spoken well of.
  • Watch competitors' complaint threads. Their "Something is broken" is your opening.

03Find people ready to buy

Buyers announce themselves on Reddit. Briefly.

Reach buyers while they're still asking.

  • Every mention is tagged with intent, including Looking to buy, Comparing options, and Asking for advice.
  • Write an AI Check in your own words, such as "Is this person evaluating a tool like ours?", and alert only on yes.Pro
  • The Demand report shows who's looking for something like what you sell right now, and where.
  • Push them to a Slack channel so someone can respond while the thread is live.
  • RedPulse never posts for you. You decide whether and how to join the conversation.

04Hear what customers actually want

Your roadmap's best input isn't in your survey.

Turn Reddit into unfiltered product feedback.

  • The Voice of Customer report groups bugs, complaints, support asks, and "Wishing it existed" requests.
  • Topics separate pricing complaints from onboarding complaints automatically.
  • Explore pivots by topic, community, entity, or author, and every row opens the mentions behind it.
  • Ask takes plain-English questions, like "What are people complaining about when they mention us?", and shows exactly what was counted.Pro

05Report up without the busywork

"What's Reddit saying about us?" deserves a better answer than screenshots.

Hand leadership an answer, not raw links.

  • The Executive brief gives the headline numbers, what moved, and what it suggests, written from your figures.
  • Schedule any report to Slack, Discord, or email, hourly, daily, or weekly, in your timezone.
  • Freeze a report into a link anyone can open without an account, or download it as a PDF.
  • Export any scope as CSV or JSON.

Questions before you start

The short answers, including the ones about billing.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

Yes. You'll add one when you start, and it isn't charged until day 30. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.

Will I see past mentions when I sign up?

No. RedPulse starts watching the moment you add a keyword and collects everything from then on. That's why the best time to start is before you need it.

How fast does a mention show up?

Usually within minutes of being posted. Alerts go out as soon as it arrives and is analyzed, or on the batch or digest schedule you choose.

Does it post or comment for me? Do I need a Reddit account?

No and no. Nothing to install, nothing posts on your behalf.

What does "analyzed" actually mean?

Sentiment toward your keyword, up to three intents (like Looking to buy or Something is broken), up to five topics, every company or product named with its own sentiment, a one-line summary, and an answer to each AI Check you've written.

What if my brand name is a common word?

Narrow it with required and excluded terms, whole-word matching, specific communities, and excluded accounts. RedPulse flags a keyword that's collecting more than it should.

Can I track competitors?

Yes. Mark any keyword as a competitor and the Share of Voice and Consideration reports compare you directly.

I'm an agency. Can clients see only their own data?

Yes, on Pro. Each client gets a read-only viewer seat on their own project; other projects don't exist as far as they can tell. Reports and PDFs you send carry your logo.

Who on my team can use it?

Pro includes unlimited seats. Starter includes 5.

Does it monitor anything besides Reddit?

No, deliberately. Reddit rewards depth, and a tool spread across six networks treats it as an afterthought.

Can I get my data out?

Any scope exports as CSV or JSON, and any report as a PDF.

The thread about you is being written right now.

Add your brand and a competitor in two minutes. Start seeing what Reddit says from the next post onward.
