This Privacy Policy explains how Reddreach Digital Marketing, LLC, a Florida LLC doing business as Redpulse, ("Redpulse," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you visit https://redpulse.io (the "Site") or use our services, including Reddit marketing, Reddit SEO/AEO, subreddit growth/moderation, reputation management, and related reporting (collectively, the "Services").
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or Services.
1) Who We Are & Scope
Controller: Reddreach Digital Marketing, LLC (a Florida LLC), doing business as Redpulse
Applies To:
- Visitors to our Site.
- Prospects and clients who engage our Services.
- Individuals whose information may appear in Reddit or other public user-generated content ("UGC") we analyze on a client's behalf.
For client campaign data we process on your instructions, we act as a processor/service provider; your company remains the controller/business. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available on request.

2) Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide
- Contact & Business Details: name, email, phone, company, role, message content (e.g., via forms or email).
- Account/Contract Data (Clients): billing contacts, service scope, deliverables, and communications.
- Testimonials/Case Studies (Optional): with explicit permission.
B. Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage/Data Logs: IP address, device/OS, browser, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, approximate geolocation, and similar analytics signals.
- Cookies & Similar Tech: explained in Section 8 (Cookies).
C. Client-Provided or Publicly Available Data We Process on Your Instructions
- Campaign Inputs: subreddit lists, target keywords, brand terms, links, and campaign metrics.
- Public Reddit Content: public posts/comments, subreddit metadata, visible Reddit usernames/handles, timestamps, upvote/downvote counts, and links, collected solely to execute your campaign (e.g., reporting, moderation recommendations, SEO/AEO analysis).
- Other Public Sources: public forums or social platforms, news, or websites when relevant to brand monitoring.
We do not request or knowingly process non-public platform data or credentials from end users.
D. Third-Party Sources
- Vendors/Tools: analytics, CRM, email delivery, project management, cloud hosting, and data enrichment providers that support our operations.
- Lead Sources: conference lists, referrals, or publicly available business directories.
We do not intentionally collect data from children under 13 (see Section 12).
3) How We Use Information
A. Provide & Improve the Site and Services
- Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and send proposals.
- Execute client campaigns, including Reddit SEO/AEO, moderation workflows, brand defense, and reporting.
- Analyze campaign impact (e.g., traffic uplift, sentiment trends, visibility in Google/AI answers).
- Maintain security, debug, and prevent fraud/abuse.
B. Communicate
- Service-related messages (onboarding, reports, policy updates).
- With consent or where permitted, marketing emails/newsletters (opt-out any time).
C. Research & Development
Aggregate/anonymize data for benchmarking and product/service improvement. We do not use client-identifiable campaign data to build public datasets.
D. Legal
Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect rights, safety, and property.
Lawful Bases (EEA/UK, where applicable): performance of contract, legitimate interests (e.g., securing our Services, improving quality, operating a business site), consent (for marketing/cookies where required), and compliance with legal obligations.
4) How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for money. We share data as follows:
- Service Providers / Subprocessors: hosting (e.g., cloud infrastructure), analytics, CRM, email delivery, project/tools used to perform Services. They are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations and may only use data to perform work for us. A current list of subprocessors is available upon request.
- Platform Compliance: We respect Reddit and other platforms' terms. Where required, we use official APIs or approved methods and honor content removal requests consistent with platform rules and law.
- Business Transfers: during mergers, acquisitions, financing, or sale of assets.
- Legal: to comply with subpoenas, lawful requests, or protect rights and safety.
- With Consent: for testimonials/case studies or other disclosed purposes.
- Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising: If we use marketing pixels or ad cookies on the Site, that may constitute "sharing" for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws. See Section 8 and Section 10 for opt-out.
5) Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary:
- Site Lead Data: typically 24 months from last interaction (unless you request deletion sooner or a longer period is required by law).
- Client Campaign Data (Processor Role): for the duration of the engagement and up to 90 days post-termination unless the client requests earlier deletion or a different retention period is specified in the contract/DPA.
- Security/Access Logs: typically 12 months.
We may anonymize data for longer-term analytics.
6) Your Choices
- Marketing Emails: opt out via "Unsubscribe" links or by emailing privacy@redpulse.io.
- Cookies/Tracking: manage preferences through our cookie banner (where offered) or your browser settings. See Section 8.
- Do Not Track: we currently do not respond to browser DNT signals. Where available, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of "sale/share" for cross-context advertising.
7) Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including:
- Access controls and least-privilege permissions.
- Encryption in transit; encryption at rest where supported by our vendors.
- Vendor due diligence and contractual security obligations.
- Regular backups and vulnerability management.
No method is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If required by law, we will notify you of a breach.
8) Cookies & Similar Technologies
We may use:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: site functionality and security.
- Analytics Cookies: to understand traffic and improve the Site (e.g., page views, referrers).
- Functional Cookies: remembering preferences.
- Advertising/Retargeting Cookies (if enabled): to measure marketing effectiveness and deliver relevant ads.
You can:
- Use our cookie preferences tool (where available) to accept/decline categories.
- Block cookies in your browser (may impact functionality).
- Use GPC to signal opt-out where supported.
9) Processing Public Reddit Content
We analyze public Reddit content to deliver Services (e.g., sentiment trends, SEO/AEO insights, moderation strategies, reporting).
Reports may include links to posts/comments, visible Reddit usernames/handles, and performance metrics already public on Reddit.
If you are a Redditor and want a specific mention removed from our privately held client report archives, contact privacy@redpulse.io with the link; where feasible and not in conflict with client obligations, we will remove or pseudonymize the reference in our internal copies. This does not affect the original content on Reddit, which you must address directly on the platform.
We respect subreddit rules and platform terms and do not circumvent technical restrictions.
10) U.S. State Privacy Notice
If you reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, or similar U.S. jurisdictions with privacy laws, you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Information (PI):
- Right to Know/Access: the categories and specific pieces of PI we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: request deletion of PI we collected from you (subject to exceptions).
- Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate PI.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Share or Targeted Advertising: we do not sell PI for money, but if we use ad/retargeting cookies this may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising." You can opt out via our cookie banner and by sending a GPC signal; you may also email privacy@redpulse.io.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive PI: we do not intentionally collect sensitive PI from website visitors.
- Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
- Authorized Agents: you can appoint an agent; we may need to verify your identity/authority.
Categories of PI collected (past 12 months): identifiers (name, email, IP), commercial info (service interest), internet activity (usage data), professional info (company, role), inferences (site interest). Sources: you, your company, cookies/analytics, public platforms (Reddit). Purposes & Sharing: as described in Sections 3–4. Retention: per Section 5.
Submit a request at privacy@redpulse.io. We will verify and respond within applicable timelines.
11) International Transfers
If we transfer your data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses, UK Addendum) and implement supplementary measures as needed. If you are in the EEA/UK and wish to contact us about transfers or exercise rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal), email privacy@redpulse.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
12) Children's Privacy
Our Site and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us PI, contact privacy@redpulse.io and we will delete it.
13) Data Subject / Consumer Requests
To exercise rights, email privacy@redpulse.io with:
- Your name, email, jurisdiction, and the request type (access/correction/deletion/opt-out).
- Sufficient details for us to locate your data (e.g., links to any referenced Reddit content, if applicable).
We may require reasonable verification.
14) Third-Party Links & Platforms
Our Site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
15) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page (and, where appropriate, notified via email to clients).
